Q :   Adding New Units

Unit Listings

  • Unit Details

You have 2 options where to place your new units.

  • Commercial
  • Residential

You will be redirected to the Unit Table Lists according to your chosen options. You can search unit listings by clicking at the search unit field. In the upper right corner of your screen you can click the "New Unit".

In adding your unit property only 11 fields are required as indicated by red badge. You can leave other fields blank if you do not need the information.


There are fields that have drop down arrow. So you can just choose from the choices.

  • Fitting and Fixtures

You can see the lists of the available Fittings, Fixtures, Amenities, and Facilities.

To select, click the choosen fittings then click specific button.

Click for the choosen items and then click the specific button(Submit All Button/Submit Selected Button/Return Selected Button/Return All Button).

  • Images

To add images, click the ADD button. You can choose files and type for the title and category. Then click the SAVE button.

  • Map

The map will be based on location provided in Unit Details.

  • Sales Details

Just fill out the Base Price and it will automatically compute.

  • Buyer Summary

You will see all the buyer details.

  • Reference Details

Fill out all the fields for the reference information.

  • Marketing
  • All the information you will see in the marketing details will all depends in your information in unit details.

  • Payment Plan

In adding payment plan details, click first the ADD button and fill out all the required fields to add payment plan. Then click the ADD button. You can EDIT or REMOVE all payment plan fields.

  • Documents

In adding document details, just click the ADD button. You can choose files to be uploaded, then click the CANCEL button. To remove or edit all documents details, just click the REMOVE or EDIT button.

  • Remarks

In adding new remarks, just click ADD button.

Answer all the required fields.To remove or edit all remarks fields, just click the REMOVE or EDIT button.

  • Open House

To add open house details, just click the ADD button.

Fill out all the required fields. You can remove or edit the whole open house fields by clicking REMOVE or EDIT button.

  • Sharing Details

You can choose which companies will be able to view the units.To choose, click the name/s of the company then click specific button (Submit All Button/Submit Selected Button/Return Selected Button/Return All Button).

  • Activities

To add in activities field, click the ADD button.

Answer all the required fields. Then click the ADD button.

Click SAVE button if you are done placing the information or you can click CANCEL to go back to the table lists.

 

Editing Unit Information

    • In the table lists you can search for your record in the Enter Table Filter Criteria Here
      Every record contains an edit icon.
    • Click this if you want to edit/view the unit in more details.
    • ClickSAVE button if you are done placing the information or you can click CANCEL to go back to the table lists.
    • Record can be deleted by click this icon.
    • For multiple delete click the check box along side withSelect Action drop box. Then select the DELETE under Select Action.


    Now click

GO to execute your command.

Q :   View Marketing Shared Listing

Location:   View all images

Main menu     :  Marketing   

Sub-menu       : Invite

Sub Category:  Shared Listing

 

These are the property Unit records you shared to other party. Each record can be view only.

 

Q :   Invite

Location:   View all images

Main menu     :  Marketing   

Sub-menu       :  Invite

Sub Category  :  My Invitation

 

The page provide the task on sending Invitation. 

Fill out the form in order to send invitation.

Click SEND button if you are done placing the information or you can click CANCEL to go back to the table lists.

You can You can monitoring the status of your invitation on the table describe below.


The page is group to 2 tables.

 

The upper table stands for Accepted Invitationsyou sent. All column fields are self explanatory.

On each record you can do the following:

  • Unjoin – stop sending information to the receiver of your choice.
  • Join – start sending information to the receiver of your choice.
  • Remove – means to take away all privileged to receive information from the sender.

 

The lower table stands for Pending Invitationsfrom other interested party. You have the option to accept the invitation.

Q :   Service

The main page is the Service Provider Page.






Details you can see in the Service Provider Page:

1 | How many service provider you have.

2 | Search existing service provider by typing at the search box.

3 |  Service Provider Detail List.

4 | EDIT and DELETE button to edit or remove existing service provider detail entries.

Service Provider Details

In adding new service you have to provide all the details needed on the fields and please note that it is important to answer all the * required fields.


















After putting all the details needed you have two options at the upper right corner either to SAVE the service or to CANCEL.

Q :   Landlords

The main page is the Landlord Page.






Details you can see in the Landlord Page:

1 | How many landlords you have.

2 | Search existing landlord by typing at the search box.

3 | Landlord Detail List.

4 | EDIT and DELETE button to edit or remove existing lease detail entries.

Landlord Details

In adding new landlord you have to provide all the details needed on the fields and please note that it is important to answer all the * required fields.


















After putting all the details needed you have two options at the upper right corner either to SAVE the landlord or to CANCEL.

Q :   Calendar

Location :  

There are predefined Events you can drag and drop to your selected date.   

  • Project Meeting
  • Meeting with the client
  • Holiday
  • Works

You can edit the predefined Events by clicking the pencil icon.   

The Calendar can be viewed by:   


  • Month
  • Week
  • Day

Selecting the month name will jump your calendar to that date.

You can add new Event by clicking the Click Event button. This can be found in the upper right corner of the main page.   


Calendar

To make an event click the "Create Event" button. and the New Calendar Event Form will show up.

Provide all information in order to create an event.

To EDIT your event information, just click on your created event on the calendar and the Manage Calendar Event will show up. And you can now edit those information.

After editing, click the "Save Changes" button in able to save the changes you make or you can click the "Cancel" button to disregard changes.


  • Activity

To new activity click the "New activity" button. and you will be redirected to the Add New Activity Page.

In adding new activity, provide all needed information. Click the "ADD ACTIVITY". button. Your data will be saved and at the same time you can edit it right away. If you click the "ADD ACTIVITY & EXIT". Your activity will be added and you will redirected to the Activity Main Page. You can also click the "CANCEL" button if you don't want to add new activity.

If you want edit the activity again, click the button but if you want to delete the activity just click the button.


Q :   Newsletter

Location:   View all images

Main menu     :  Marketing   

Sub-menu       :  Newsletter

Sub Category  :  Lists and Subscription

 

The page provide the task on adding lists and subsciprtion. 

There are several templates below. You can use the filter in order to choose what specific template you need.

In lists/subscribers, you will see all the list of campaigns/subrscribers details.

To delete campaign/s, click the small box at the left side of the list/s then go to the "Select Action" and choose "DELETE" then click the "GO" function to execute you command.

You can easily find your lists of campaign by "Search Lists" at the top of the page.

To add lists and subscribers click the

Provide the needed information in order to add the data.

4 | PRINT , SMS to print tenants details and to send sms; EDIT and DELETE button to edit or remove existing lease detail entries.

Tenant Details

In adding new tenant you have to provide all the details needed on the fields and please note that it is important to answer all the * required fields.






After putting all the details needed you have two options at the upper right corner either to ADD TENANT or to CANCEL.

Q :   Deals

Edit Unit Information

In the table lists you can search for your record in the Enter Table Filter Criteria Here

Record can be deleted by click this icon.

The AQARY CRM knows the importance of communication. We provide a way to reach your clients via SMS.

 Your contacts can be filtered by office/home address.   

Assuming you already imported your contacts to the system, you can search your contact lists directory by Home / Office Address you set.

In order to obtain your lost password, kindly follow these steps:

1  |  Click the "Forgot Password" button.

2  |  Type your email address and click "Submit" button. Then check your email for the link.

3 |  Click on the following link to reset your password.

4 |  Type your new password, re-enter it and click the "Submit" button.

  •     Enter Password – minimum of 10 character

  • Click the “I agree to the terms of use” and read the terms and conditions before accepting.
  • After reading the terms and conditions, place a checkmark in the checkbox by clicking it.
  • Click the submit button. But if you do not want to enter those details, then you can also sign up with your social media accounts which is located on the right side of the sign up form:

  •     Google+
  •     Linkedin
  • After signing up and submitting, you will be receiving an email to inform you that you have already an Aqary account.
Q :   How to Login with Aqary

To order to login in Aqary.com, kindly follow these steps:

  • In Aqary.com, find the Login link which can be seen in the upper right corner beside Signup link.
  • In the Login form, you need to enter the following details:
  •     Email address(e.g. john@example.com)
  •     Password
  • Click the submit button. But if want to login using your social media accounts, then kindly click on the links on the right side of the login form which you prefer to use.

B. Location |  For the location you have to choose by clicking the small arrow at the enf of the Emirates field.



 | After clicking the button the Emirate List will appear.




 |  Community List will be based on the selected Emirate List




 |  Sub community List will be based on the selected Community List




c. Managing Director |  In small arrow at the end of the field to choose. Managing Director you have to click the small arrow at the end of the field to choose.



 | The list of Managing Director will appear after you click the small arrow




d. Contact Phone and Contact Email | In Contact Phone No. and Contact Email you can add more than one.

 | By clicking the "add phone" and "add email" button.



 | After you click the "add phone" and "add email" the alternate phone and alternate email will appear.




 | When you see the Alternate Phone and Alternate Email button you can press the + or and - to add or remove.



3After answering all the required fields you can save the agency.

 | Click the SAVE Button that you can find at the lower left side of the page.

4 | Sign up manually.

  • To register click the Register button.


  • You will be redirected to Register Form Page.

    Fill out the form in order to register.

    Recaptcha | You have 2 (two) options in getting the codes. It is either you will look for the image or play a sound. Then, you can manually type the codes.

    To add reference details, answer all the required fields.

    In adding payment plan details, click first the ADD button and fill out all the required fields to add payment plan. Then click the ADD button. You can EDIT or REMOVE all payment plan fields.

    • Finance Company

    To add finance company details, click first the ADD button and fill out all the *required fields . Then click the ADD button. You can EDIT or REMOVE all finance company details fields.

    • Marketing

    To add marketing details, you have to provide all the details with the maximum characters only.

    • Specification

    In adding specification details, provide all the details needed especially the *required fields

    • Images

    To add images, click the ADD button. You can choose files and type for the title and category. Then click the SAVE button. ul>

  • Map
  • The map will be based on location provided in property details.

    • Documents

    In adding document details, just click the ADD button. You can choose files to be uploaded, then click the CANCEL button. To remove or edit all documents details, just click the REMOVE or EDIT button.

    Q :   Portals
    Q :   User

    Admin: User

    You will be redirected to the user listings page. You can search users by clicking the "Search Box". To add new user, click the"NEW USER", button.

    You will now provide all the details especially the *required fields.

    After providing all the details for user information, go to the Social Media page and list down your email address for every social media account.

    If you are done placing user's information, click the SAVE button or you can click theCANCEL button if you don't want to provide any information.
